HOW THE PROCESS WORKS ★

STEP 1

Purchase a mould kit, you can find this by clicking here.

Once received complete the mould and fill out the consultation form inside. Return this to the address found in the INFO section.

STEP 2

Choose your grillz design. There is many to choose from or you can request a custom design.

If you would like a custom design get into contact via email or Instagram DM.

STEP 3

Once mould kit is returned and deemed suitable the making process will begin.

For custom orders and payment link will be sent to you, once paid your grillz production will begin.

STEP 3

Your grillz will be made and shipped.

MOUTH MOUDLING

First step to crafting a custom set of grillz involves taking an accurate impression of your teeth. There is multiple methods to completing this.

In Person (Bristol based) - £25

In person moulding available for those in Bristol. Get in conic top arrange a suitable time. Holding can take up to 30 minutes.

Postal - £25

Those outside of Bristol can provide mouth moulds via buying a mould kit. The can be bought on the mould kit section of the site.

CLEAN YOUR TEETH

Brush your teeth and make sure your hands are clean before using our dental self-impression kit.

IMPRESSION PUTTY STEPS

  1. mix both parts (blue and white) of the impression material together until a uniform color is reached. This step is time-sensitive, so perform as quickly as possible (about 20 sec).

  1. Roll the impression material into a 4- to 5-inch tube.

  1. Place dental self-impression material uniformly into the tray and firmly push the tray onto your teeth. Ensure teeth evenly settle into the impression material before leaving it to set.

  1. It will take about 5 minutes for the material to fully harden. During this time you want to move as little as possible. After 5 minutes the material should feel firm to the touch and the impression can be removed.

  1. Remove the tray in a single, smooth motion by pulling either up or down with as little side-to-side movement as possible

WASH SYRINGE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Install mixing tip on the end of the shotgun syringe

  1. Inject syringe ensuring both materials mix through the syringe into the mould cavity left by your teeth. 

  1. Once mould is filled with the mixed solution bite back down into the mould. The solution will fill the small gaps missed by the initial putty. 

  1. Leave for 5 minutes for this until the wash has completely hardened.

  1. Remove from mouth, rinse and place in provided sealed bag. 

CONSULTATION FORM

  1. Complete form provided in the kit. 

  1. If design has not been decided yet leave the diagram and notes section blank.

  1. Sign at the bottom and send back with the completed moulds.
